Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days. Once your parcel is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow every step of the journey.
Estimated delivery time is usually between 3–10 working days, depending on your location and the products ordered. We always aim to keep things smooth, reliable, and stress-free from checkout to doorstep.

Returns & Refunds
If there is any issue with your order, you may contact us within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Once your request has been reviewed and approved by our team, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please note that depending on your payment provider and banking institution, refunds may take up to 90 days to appear in your account.
